Located next to the famous Airlie Beach lagoon, Wisdom Café provides tasty and healthy deli-style sandwiches, freshly prepared salads, acai bowls and healthy sweet treats to give your body what it deserves.
If that wasn’t enough, our gourmet coffees will give you that spring in your step you need for the day, so grab a patch of grass in the sun, pull over a bean bag and remember… it’s all good baby baby!

Syphon coffee is nothing new, it is actually a centuries-old brewing method that is making a huge comeback. It produces a vibrant tasting coffee that cannot be imitated by a drip brewer. It’s also fun to watch the brewing process.

Many coffee lovers, especially black coffee lovers prefer this method because it creates a more flavorful brew. It is a longer brewing process which means it has more of a intricate flavour extraction.
